PROCEDURE METHODOLOGY COLOMBIAN PATIENTS
For Belleza Natural Colombia each patient is analyzed and looked at in
an individual manner in order to determine which changes should be
carried out and thus enhance each Patient’s Natural Look.
After the procedures have been defined the patient will be informed
about our costs which include Clinic, Anesthesiologist, Medical Exams,
Implants, Compression Aids or Girdles, Insurance, Surgical Fee and the
different options for Financial Assistance (If necessary). The
pertinent Medical Exams are done and a surgical date is reserved in
one of our Clinics. The Medical Exams are reviewed by Dr. Rosales
Surgical Team prior to surgery in order to have full confidence that
the patient is optimal condition to undergo surgery. This process is
routine and mandatory.
For Belleza Natural Colombia the post-opt is of vital importance, for
this reason each patient has continuous follow ups at the doctors
office or by phone every time the patient deems it necessary. Private
Nurses approved by Dr. Rosales can also be arranged when needed or
asked for.
Each procedure will have detailed photographic studies which will be
done before and after the procedure so that the patient can evaluate
the quality of their results.
Once the immediate post-opt has passed the patient is recommended to
visit the Spa BodyLight in order to complement their procedure with
these treatments: Lymphatic Drainage, Thermoslim, Cold Bandages, etc.
PROCEDURE METHODOLOGY INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS
Belleza Natural Colombia has the following methodology for
international patients interested in our services:
Next Belleza Natural Colombia will require photographs of the areas of
interest: Front, Profile and Back if necessary.
After carefully observing and analyzing the pictures Belleza Natural
Colombia will respond in less than 24hrs via email the diagnosis and
the possible solutions in order to enhance your Natural Look.
At the same time the patient will be oriented about how to prepare for
the surgery: Medication that cannot be taken prior to surgery and a
list of routine Medical Exams. (We suggest the patient gets done these
routine Medical Exams in their home town so that we can verify the
patient is in optimal conditions for surgery and thus be able to plan
for the trip).
If the patient decides to use the services of Belleza Natural
Colombia, we will inform them of the cost of our Surgical Package
which includes:
Transfer Airport – Hotel – Airport (optional)
Hotel reservations (optional)
Transfer Hotel – Clinic – Hotel (optional)
First appointment with Dr. Rosales.
Basic Medical Exams: Complete Blood Count, Coagulation Tests, Blood
Sugar during morning fast, Creatine, Valuation by a Cardiologist with
an electrogram and a Pre- Anesthesia evaluation. All of these exams
are done at our Medical Center and thus the patient avoids unnecessary
transfers. Clinic and Anesthesiologist. Photographic studies before
and after the surgery will be done to guarantee our work.
The patient will be given a complete dossier with the post-opt care
instructions, which compression aides or girdles to use (if required)
after the procedure takes place.
Another service provided by Belleza Natural Colombia is the
recommendation of a private Certified Nurse if Dr. Adolfo Rosales M.
considers it necessary or if the patient asks for one. The Nurse can
accompany the patient at their hotel or residence.
In the Post-Opt Care Plan the patient is included personal visits by
Dr. Adolfo Rosales in his doctor’s office or at the hotel or residence
if necessary. The patient will be given the 24 hour Client Assistance
Number and Dr. Adolfo Rosales cell phone number in case of emergencies.
These are the best ways for the patient to stay informed of their
progress.
